Our Texas BBQ bundle is a classic combination of spices that when combined together make the classic rub used far and wide in Texas BBQ. From the giant pits at Salt Lick BBQ in Driftwood TX, to Aaron Franklin's modern mastery of the brisket and to the rush of UK based Texas bbq joints, everyone wants to smoke up a slice of Texas and with this variety pack you can get in on the action.
By mixing 100g each of Onion powder, Garlic Powder and Black Pepper, 50g of Paprika and 75g of Cayenne Pepper with 100g of salt, you get an authentic spice rub base you can add to, or just sprinkle liberally as is onto your meat before slow cooking it to perfection!
Top Tip - use a spare Chef William pot to mix it all up and sprinkle with ease!
