🌿 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your herbs and spices. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

đź•’ 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Just drop us a line at hello@myspices.uk, and we’ll take it from there.


âś… What Can Be Returned

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email)

Returns should be sent to:

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first, as we can’t process unannounced returns.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


đźšš Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully pack every order, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or a refund.


âť— Exceptions & Non-Returnables

Due to hygiene and safety laws, we cannot accept returns on opened packages of herbs and spices, as all our products are sealed for freshness.

We also can’t accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Any product returned in an unsealed or used condition

🇬🇧 Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

As an online shop based in the UK, we follow the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. That means if you’re a UK or EU customer, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your goods. During this time, you can cancel for any reason—but the item must still be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.


đź’ł Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of our approval email, please contact us at hello@myspices.uk, and we’ll chase it up for you.
