Shipping Policy 📦
We're a small team, packing each order with care from our little barn in Worcestershire. Here's everything you need to know about how your herbs and spices make their way to you.
Processing Time ⏱️
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day or the next working day after receiving them. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
During busy times (like holidays or big sales), it might take a bit longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Delivery Times & Carriers 🚚
We currently use Royal Mail for all deliveries, and every order is sent tracked as standard. If this ever changes in the future, we’ll make sure it’s just as reliable.
Typical delivery time:
- Standard delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Please note delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — occasional postal delays can happen, especially during busy periods.
Shipping Costs 💸
We charge a flat rate of £4.50 for delivery on all UK orders.
Some remote or higher-cost delivery zones (like the Highlands or offshore areas) may incur slightly higher postage fees — this will be calculated automatically at checkout.
We always aim to keep postage fair and affordable while making sure your parcel arrives safely and securely.

Missed, Lost or Delayed Orders 📮
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of your shipping confirmation, just get in touch at hello@myspices.uk. We’ll look into it and do our best to sort things out.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when ordering — we can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address.
Where We Don’t Ship (Yet) 🔴
Right now, we only deliver within the UK — but we’re always reviewing this as we grow.
