Adobo Seasoning is a blend of salt, garlic, oregano, black pepper and more that is used widely across Latin America, African and Caribbean foods. Chef William Adobo seasoning is a highly interesting and flavourful product perfect for adding a new twist to classic dishes or making fantastically deep curries, soups and marinades.
This traditional Filipino flavour booster can be used in many ways particularly as a seasoning for burger patties and taco meats.
Add as a marinade.
Use as a quick marinade mixed with lime or orange juice and olive oil, toss in meat or vegetables, marinate for about 30 minutes and cook. Also works well as a dry rub.
Add as an ingredient.
Excellent when added to rice, black beans, lentils or soups, when cooking sauces or stews or combine with tomato paste, onions and garlic for a rich Latin inspired cooking base.
